What Youll Do (Sales Customer Service Lead Generation)
- Make daily outbound calls (2535) to warm and cold leads
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries provide product information and recommend solutions
- Support key accounts and help maximize ROI
- Work with Marketing on sales materials and promotions
- Use CRM tools to track calls follow-ups and sales activity
- Assist customers with orders pricing and product questions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly inside sales goals

What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience ininside sales customer service call center or business development
- Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with customers
