In this travel PT role you will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations; design implement and supervise evidence-based therapy plans; lead therapeutic exercises gait and balance training manual techniques and equipment management; monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly; and document outcomes in the patient record. Youll coordinate with physicians nursing teams and family caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and safe discharges while actively participating in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
