Key Responsibilities

As a DMS Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Managing occurrences of production nonconformities through the application of the 8D method to identify root causes.
• Reducing FAB site excursion cases by implementing proactive measures.
• Hosting continuous improvement activities to recognize and reward outstanding performance in handling excursion events.
• Collaborating closely with multi-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
• Leading and mentoring a team to ensure detailed execution of tasks.
• Developing and maintaining premier standards for deviation management processes.
• Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring strict consistency to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

• A bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production deviation cases and applying the 8D method.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions.
• Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and driven demeanor to successfully conduct and sustain improvements.
• Proficiency in English and an additional East Asian language is helpful.
