Job Summary
Our market leader international client in the field of IVD is looking for Field Service Engineers. The role is responsible for installing and maintaining cutting edge instruments in hospitals and laboratories with a full-country responsibility.
Main responsibilities:
- Installs debugs repairs and maintains the companys devices
- Cooperates with partner laboratories and hospitals
- Provides on-site supportfor clients
- Acts and advice as an expert during any device-related question
- Registers and updates services in CRM system
- Actively engages with relevant departments such as marketing sales etc.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Proven experience working in the IVD field
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Strong professional English knowledge
