This 225 day (1.0 FTE) position is responsible for providing professional learning support for educators. This multifaceted position facilitates customized support to meet the unique needs of ESU 7s school districts.

- CommunicatingProviding information to others in written form e-mail or in person; in meetings of the Board committees or staff meetings. Communicating with people outside ESU 7 representing ESU 7 to the public and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person in writing or by telephone or e-mail; in meetings conferences or presentations.
- Gather information: Observe receive and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
- Training and Teaching OthersIdentifying the educational needs of ESU 7 district personneldeveloping formal educational or training programs or classes and teaching or instructing others. This includes: conducting training for staff coordinating educational content coordinating instructional outcomes and developing instructional materials.
- Analyzing Data or InformationIdentifying the underlying principles reasons or acts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Updating and Using Relevant KnowledgeKeeping up-to- date technically and applying new knowledge to your job. This includes using: interpersonal communication techniques and group facilitation techniques.
- Monitoring Processes Materials or SurroundingsMonitoring and reviewing information from materials events or the environment to detect or assess problems.
