The Opportunity: Program Planner
Your Role:As the Program Planner you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of various manufacturing programs and this role you will be involved with collaborating with cross-functional teams tracking progress managing timelines and ensuring the successful completion of programs.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $60000-$70000 per year. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational requirements.

The Opportunity: Program Planner
Your Role:As the Program Planner you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of various manufacturing programs and this role you will be involved with collaborating with cross-functional teams tracking progress managing timelines and ensuring the successful completion of programs.
Reports To: Senior Planning Manager
Essential Functions:
- Analyzes coordinates and drives scheduling requirements to procure materials for production within strict timeframes.
- Expedites parts to meet production schedules from both internal and external suppliers in cooperation with Procurement.
- Identifies schedule-related risks and works with cross-functional teams to resolve.
- Monitors the production schedules daily inventories daily job status and component receipts.
- Provides planning documentation including baseline schedules updates and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience with program costing and reporting
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook)
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or Management
- Previous experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
- ERP experience
- APICS certification
