We seek an experiencedSenior Business Process & Systems Analystto lead cross-functional process optimization and drive enhancements to our business systemsespeciallyNetSuiteto supportInfleqtionsrapid growth and operational excellence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analysis design and optimization of business processes across finance operations supply chain and commercial functions.

• Serve as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert driving configuration customization enhancements and integrations aligned to business needs and governance standards.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements translate needs into clear functional specifications and manage delivery through the full project lifecycle (intake design build test training go-live and stabilization).

• Design andmaintainNetSuite dashboards workflows automations and reporting to improve visibility controls and decision-making.

• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure reliable integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications (e.g. CRM PLM HRIS).

• Perform root-cause analysis for system/process issues and implement scalable sustainable solutions.

• Support change management through documentation user training testing/UAT coordination and adoption support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration Information Systems Operations Management or a related field)

• 5 years of experience in business analysis systems analysis and/or business process optimization; experience in technology manufacturing or high-growth environments preferred

• Advanced NetSuiteproficiency including workflows dashboards reporting and cross-system integrations (SuiteFlow/SuiteAnalytics;SuiteScriptexperience a plus)

• Demonstrated experience in process mapping requirements gathering and cross-functional project leadership

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex technical concepts including those associated with quantum hardware development

• Strong adaptability and comfortoperatingin a dynamic collaborative matrixed environment

• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or Administrator certification

• Experience supporting operations in hardware deep-tech or advanced manufacturing organizations

• Familiarity with SQL scripting and/or data visualization tools

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range:$130000-$150000per year
