Graham is actively recruiting a Chief Estimator for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director this role provides leadership and oversight of large projects and transit estimating teams. The Chief Estimator brings expertise in conceptual estimating budgeting tendering proposal submissions and construction methodology while working closely with the Director to refine leadership skills and pursuit strategies.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

Lead Estimating for Large Projects: Oversee all estimates and ensure accuracy and completeness
Drive Bid Strategy & Risk Management: Approve strategies constructability requirements and cost-saving opportunities
Mentor and Develop Team: Provide leadership and coaching to build a high-performing estimating team
Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage bidding and pre-construction estimating in partnership with the Director
Build Strong Industry Relationships: Foster connections with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams

The Right Tools for the Job

Education: Bachelors degree in a related field; professional certifications (Gold Seal LEED LEAN MRICS CIQS) are assets
Experience: 20 years combined field and estimating experience including 5 years in a senior estimating role with large-scale projects ($100M)
Skills: Expertise in conceptual estimating budgeting tendering bid strategy and leadership; proficiency in design-build IPD and Construction Management methods

Compensation

Salary Range $172000 to $210000 per annum
Salary will commensurate with education and experience
3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year with credit for prior industry experience
