Job Summary

Summary

We are seeking a New Ventures Principal to lead the research prototyping and launch of
AI-native healthcare ventures. This person will evaluate opportunities build theses conduct
diligence and collaborate with internal and external partners on new market-defining
companies. Ideal candidates blend consulting investing and product strategy experience and
have a strong passion for healthcare innovation and AI.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research across healthcare segments to identify opportunities
for new venture creation
Perform competitive analyses and identify market trends and category leaders
Build financial and economic models to evaluate venture concepts
Lead or support business plan development diligence and early product direction
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy product operations and finance teams
Participate in capital raising KPI development and early hiring for new companies
Identify opportunities to improve internal venture development processes
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance research and operational
efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance
Experience in management consulting investment firm product role at a startup
Any of the consulting investing or product experiences specifically with a healthcare focus
Hybrid: 34 days onsite per week
Must be currently in LA or have a compelling personal reason to relocate
