Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join a well-established and growing neurology program in New York. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient neurology with strong clinical support modern facilities and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will be committed to high-quality patient-centered care and interested in building long-term relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
Evaluate diagnose and manage a broad range of general neurological conditions
Provide inpatient consults and outpatient neurology clinic services
Interpret and utilize EEG EMG/NCS and neuroimaging (as applicable)
Collaborate with primary care providers hospitalists and specialists
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR
Participate in call rotation (reasonable and shared)
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Eligible for or currently licensed in New York
Strong clinical and communication skills
New graduates and experienced neurologists encouraged to apply
