Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Manager (level K) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) team based out of Everett Washington.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity within the ESRC Business Operations team to lead the Project Management and Capital Management this role you will have the opportunity to work across functions to provide essential production support as well as support the development of our site Quality

Technology this position you will successfully lead and support the development and execution of ESRCs Quality Technology Improvements and other essential production system solutions. This position will help lead and support site initiatives including (but not limited to): overall strategy processes communications operating rhythm metrics improvements integration compliance and operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Champions technology integration to improve/transform MBU operations.
  • Forges a strategic relationship with leadership to drive project management execution.
  • Identifies understands and anticipates business needs.
  • Drives organizational strategies priorities & initiatives.
  • Provides valued counsel and represents the voice of the business.
  • Explores develops and communicates value added enhancements.
  • Analysis execution and continuous improvement of management system (including metrics).
  • Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
  • Leads develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience leading and/or managing a team
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and partners
  • Experience in a role that required strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience with cross functional communication and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • PMP Certification
  • Continuous improvement
