Summary :
The HR Operations team is a strategic partner to HR and helps deliver best in class HR operations delivery. The position serves for Onboarding Offboarding Workday assistance approvals and validations and query resolution to R1 employees. The incumbent is expected to maintain high levels of business acumen for the business line supported its culture competition and financial and operational objectives.
The incumbent is also expected to drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness build capability and talent of workforce and team and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics
The role also requires strong partnerships across HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and creating integrated solutions
