Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Security Operations Specialist to design implement and manage security controls across cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vulnerability management compliance assessment and security policy enforcement with hands-on experience in Linux systems and familiarity with networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design and implement security controls for Azure AWS GCP and on-prem private cloud environments.
. Perform vulnerability scanning analyze results and drive remediation efforts.
. Conduct vulnerability assessments compliance checks and enforce security policies.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to security best practices.
. Maintain and monitor security configurations for cloud workloads and applications.
. Provide operational support for Azure Security Center Defender for Cloud and related security tools.
. Document processes prepare reports and assist in audits and compliance activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

. 5-9 years of experience in cloud security operations (Azure preferred).
. Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment compliance frameworks and security policies.
. Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and applications.
. Familiarity with network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP WAN/LAN MPLS etc.).
. Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and remediation processes.
. Good understanding of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance standards.


Preferred Qualifications:

. Certification such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent (e.g. CompTIA Security Azure Security Engineer Associate).
. Exposure to AWS GCP and hybrid cloud environments.
. Knowledge of SIEM tools incident response and security automation.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
