Job Summary
Join Ecolab as a Production Manager II and take responsibility for managing the operations of all production departments in a larger this role you will ensure production meets goals for product quality cost effectiveness safety and customer satisfaction.
How Youll Make an Impact
Manage day-to-day operations across all production departments in the plant
Ensure production processes meet quality standards cost targets and safety requirements
Report on issues related to production quality maintenance or personnel problems
Act as the plant leader in the absence of the Plant Manager
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Degree in Chemical Engineering Engineering Sciences or Supply Chain Management
Eight or more years of experience in manufacturing
Six or more years of prior supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment within a related industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to select train motivate promote and discipline staff according to company policy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams effectively
