Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Transition Change & Communications Manager to support the smooth mobilisation of services for a newly awarded Victorian Government services portfolio.
Reporting to the Transition Manager you will lead transition-related communication engagement and change activities ensuring stakeholders are informed prepared and confident throughout a high-profile transition period. This role is central to maintaining clarity trust and operational readiness during a complex and fast-moving program.
The ideal candidate brings calm structure and empathy to change with the ability to plan prioritise and communicate effectively under pressure while working closely with senior stakeholders.
