Job Summary
- Assist in leak detection activities in water pipelines pumping stations and distribution networks.
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repair of pumps valves meters hydrants and piping systems.
- Operate and maintain specialized leak detection equipment (acoustic devices correlators data loggers etc.).
- Support field teams in pipeline excavation isolation and repair activities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce water losses.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections leak detection reports and maintenance activities.
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician preferably in water distribution leak detection or utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps valves and piping.
- Familiarity with leak detection tools and techniques (acoustic pressure or tracer gas methods).

- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician preferably in water distribution leak detection or utilities projects.
