Content Editor & Publisher

The Business Rover is looking for a detail-oriented SEO Content Editor & Publisher to join our this role you will be responsible not only for editing content but also for publishing maintaining and optimizing it to ensure high quality consistency and strong SEO performance across all platforms.

Note: The role is fully remote for applicants outside Yerevan while candidates based in Yerevan are expected to work in a hybrid setup.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit content for clarity accuracy grammar spelling punctuation and style consistency.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice editorial guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Conduct fact-checking to validate information and sources.
• Review edit and approve content produced by writers providing constructive feedback.
• Establish and maintain editorial standards and best practices across all content outputs.
• Publish and format content in the CMS (e.g. WordPress) ensuring correct structure readability and visual consistency.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including titles meta descriptions headers internal links URLs and image alt texts.
• Schedule content according to editorial calendars and ensure timely publication.
• Perform final QA checks before and after publishing to ensure content displays correctly and functions as intended.
• Conduct research on industry trends competitors and keywords to support content strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing and business goals.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content editing content publishing or editorial management preferably in a digital or SEO-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Ahrefs SEMrush Moz or similar).
• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools trends and processes.
