Job Summary
The Business Rover is looking for a native English-speaking Content Manager to join our team.
The role is fully remote for applicants outside Yerevan while candidates based in Yerevan are expected to work in a hybrid setup.
Tasks
- Maintain strategic and active communication with clients as the content lead for projects.
- Represent the content team in client meetings addressing quality timelines and opportunities for improvement.
- Onboard new clients and team members efficiently.
- Define the teams monthly capacity and allocate tasks across writers editors and publishers.
- Monitor content production including word count monthly deliverables and progress tracking.
- Maintain structured documentation for all content projects to ensure transparency.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with writers editors and publishers and participate in client meetings.
- Professionally review and edit well-researched content for blogs landing pages social media posts and other online publications.
- Prepare content briefs assign tasks to team members and ensure client approval.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals and provide monthly reports to clients.
Requirements
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and produce unique plagiarism-free content.
- Excellent command of English including idioms current trends and native expressions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying objectives simultaneously.
- Good time management prioritization and scheduling skills.
