Job Summary

Position: AI/ML Engineer

Location: RTP NC

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design build and optimize machine learning models and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI Agentic AI and modern AI/ML tools with hands-on experience in developing and tuning algorithms for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and train machine learning models for various AI/ML use cases.
Develop and fine-tune algorithms and frameworks including Generative AI and Neural Networks.
Work with advanced AI technologies such as Agentic AI and MCP servers.
Implement and optimize AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain LangGraph and A2A on Google Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
Ensure scalability performance and security of AI/ML systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in AI/ML model design development and training.
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI Agentic AI and MCP server environments.
Proficiency in frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph and A2A.
Solid understanding of algorithm development and tuning for AI/ML applications.
Experience with cloud platforms preferably Google Cloud.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow PyTorch).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale AI deployments and MLOps practices.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with AI security and compliance best practices.
