Design & Development: Create and implement automation scripts bots and workflows for business processes and system integrations.
System Integration: Connect disparate systems (CRM ERP marketing tools) using APIs middleware (MuleSoft Dell Boomi) and data transformation techniques.
Automation Strategy: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Testing: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure quality and reliability.
CI/CD: Integrate automation into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using CI/CD practices.
Monitoring & Support: Monitor automated processes troubleshoot issues resolve defects and provide ongoing support

10 to 14 years of experience
Strong in Python Java JavaScript and C programming languages
Understanding scripting in Bash and PowerShell
Strong in API/Web Services: REST SOAP GraphQL API design/consumption.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL.
Hands-on experience in cloud services AWS Azure and GCP.
Excellent skill in CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI) Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Project management. Attention to detail and quality focus.
