Job Summary
All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. Please indicate the WA license status : Active in Process or no license on your profile. IF in process status Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date 2 Yr Cath Lab Experience (REQUIRED) Must be open to floating to other facilities CALL REQUIRED Likely will be a Tue or Wed off depending on scheduling PATIENT DIAGNOSES: - Acute MI Interventional Pre/Post;Procedural SPECIAL PROCEDURE: - Cardiac Catheterization - Procedure Sedation - Blood/Blood Products Administration - Cardioversion / Defibrillation - Sheath Removal - PICC/Central Lines - Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care - Triple Lumen Catheter - Biopsies GI/GU/Renal Peripheral Vascular SPECIAL EQUPMENT: - Circulate Scrub Record CERTS: ACLS & BCLS required Staffing Ratios- 1:1
