Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Technical proficiency in hardware software and network components.
Understanding programming languages databases and software architecture.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
Competency & Skills Required-
1. Design and implementation of server architecture including hardwareNetwork and database configurations.
2. Cordination with internal stakeholders(BusinessBSGOpsInfraAPI gateway team)
3. Must Have : Server architecture understanding (Infrastururenetwork)
CMSCorporate Internet/Mobile banking
4. Conduct capacity planning and system upgrades as needed.
5. Identify analyze and resolve technical issues within systems and applications.
6. Participate in technical aspects of projects including system upgrades migrations and deployments.
7. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including workflows user guides and system manuals.
Prepare reports on system performance issues and resolutions.
8. Assist in identifying and resolving data integrity and security concerns.
9. Work with developers testers and other IT professionals to ensure project success.
