Role Overview:
The Senior System Analyst will provide hands-on technical expertise within a team of systems analysts and systems administrators. This role supports end-users with IT needs and ensures the maintenance and reliability of core applications and IT infrastructure. The position combines deep Microsoft enterprise expertise complex issue resolution and coordination with third-party vendors to enhance IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an escalation point for complex hardware software and network issues.

Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve advanced technical problems in a timely manner.

Support and manage Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Microsoft Teams softphones VPN RDP and Windows operating systems.

Research recommend and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

Develop and maintain documentation for systems processes and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:

10 years of IT experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment.

Proven expertise with Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Windows operating systems desktop deployment VPN RDP and Microsoft Teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Client/Server in production Group Policy or script-based configuration Powershell automation and basic TCP/IP DNS and DHCP.

3 years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrades consolidations and migrations.

2 years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365 including at least 1 year of mailbox migration experience.

1 years of experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory and familiarity with SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers.

Strong troubleshooting skills vendor coordination experience and proficiency in technical documentation.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments.

Microsoft certifications (Windows Server Office 365 Azure).

Understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices.

Strong communication skills adaptability and a customer-focused approach.
Additional Details:
The role follows a standard full-time schedule (8 hours per day 5 days per week). Local candidates are required due to onsite hybrid attendance expectations. The engagement is subject to annual budget renewals with the current term running through the end of the fiscal year and anticipated renewal thereafter.
