his role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the life sciences industry advising cutting-edge companies on high-impact transactions that drive innovation. You will take on meaningful responsibility from day one working closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex licensing collaboration and strategic partnership matters.

You will be trusted to manage multiple workstreams interface directly with clients and contribute strategically to transactions while also collaborating closely with colleagues across practice areas and geographies. The role provides significant exposure to cross-border matters and a wide range of clients-from early-stage emerging growth companies to established global public companies.

Who You Are:

• You hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and are licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• You have 3 6 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department with strong preference for candidates with substantial life sciences experience.
• You understand the legal regulatory and business issues unique to the life sciences sector.
• You bring superior drafting analytical negotiation and communication skills.
• You can manage multiple matters and clients simultaneously with responsiveness precision and attention to detail.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree in biological sciences chemistry pharmacy business or a related field is preferred but not required.
