Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and talented FICO Associate Managing Consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations upgrades and AMS support. As a FICO Associate Managing Consultant you will be responsible for leading the design configuration and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet our clients business needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills deep technical expertise in SAP FICO and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams. You should have good experience of working in Onsite/Offshore Delivery model. The candidate should be based in Los Angeles California (PST Pacific Standard Time) time zone.
SAP Skills:
- Bachelors degree or Masters in Commerce Finance Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience as a FICO Lead Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules including configuration customization and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP FICO AMS Support projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Expert understanding of Interfaces IDocs eDocument framework.
- Should be able to read and debug ABAP program.
- Good understanding of SAP PS (Project System) FI-MM and FI-SD integration.
- Good understanding of COPA.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles processes and best practices.
- SAP certification(s) in FICO modules is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO Support project including gathering business requirements designing solutions configuring systems and overseeing testing and deployment.
- Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements upgrades and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues troubleshooting and resolution.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions to empower end-users and support teams.
- Responsible for timely project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes identify opportunities for improvement and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP best practices industry trends and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
- The candidate should be based in Los Angeles California (PST Pacific Standard Time) time zone.
Business Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
