Job Summary:
The State of Michigan is seeking a highly experienced Programmer 6 to serve as a Senior IBM Master Data Management (MDM) & Integration Developer. This role involves maintaining and enhancing an existing IBM InfoSphere MDM implementation requiring strong hands-on experience with MDM data models entities transactions batch processing configuration customization and troubleshooting. The position is hybrid requiring on-site work in Lansing MI two days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance an existing IBM InfoSphere MDM implementation.
- Work with MDM data models entities transactions and batch processing.
- Configure customize and troubleshoot IBM InfoSphere MDM.
- Develop and support enterprise-scale systems.
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications including REST/SOAP-based services.
- Perform log analysis and system-level troubleshooting on Linux/Unix operating systems.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v1.x.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts and IBM MDM product capabilities.
- 8 years of software development experience supporting enterprise-scale systems.
- 8 years of Java / J2EE experience including Java JSP and REST/SOAP-based services.
- 5 years of experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with MDM data models entities transactions batch processing configuration customization and troubleshooting.
Special Considerations:
- Hybrid work schedule: On-site in Lansing MI two days a week.
