The Data & AI Specialist is responsible for designing developing and implementing data-driven and AI-powered solutions to drive business insights automation and operational efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build predictive models analyze large datasets and deliver actionable recommendations. The position requires strong technical expertise analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain AI and machine learning models to support business initiatives

Collect clean and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

Build dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with business engineering and product teams to identify AI-driven solutions

Evaluate test and deploy AI algorithms and models using industry-standard frameworks

Monitor model performance retrain models as needed and ensure data quality and integrity

Stay current with advancements in AI machine learning and data analytics technologies

Provide technical guidance mentoring and support to team members

Support compliance with data privacy security and governance policies
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

36 years of experience in data analysis machine learning AI or related roles
-
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL
-
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn)

Strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Data Science AI or a related discipline

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and AI/ML services

Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark Hadoop or similar)
