Job Summary
Location: Mumbai
Work mode: WFO
Shift Timings: 10 AM to 8.30 PM IST
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Seeking experienced buy-side credit research professionals for its captive team based out of Mumbai. Selected candidates will work closely with investment team who are based in the US and focus on credit investments.
2) Evaluating credit investment opportunities would involve performing fundamental analysis capital structure analysis and in-depth understanding of business and industry.
3) On a day-to-day basis the analyst will work on primary / secondary deals prepare investment memoranda and present their investment thesis to onsite team and investment committee.
4) Candidate will also monitor existing investments including quarterly / monthly reporting and key developments.
5) Candidates should have first-hand experience of working on investment memos including detailed financial modelling capital structure analysis business overview relative valuation and key investment thesis in a presentable format. Job also entails team management responsibilities but KRA would be working on deals and investment ideas.
6) Candidates should be fluent in oral and written communications as job profile requires frequent interactions with onshore team to discuss and present investment thesis.
7) Proficiency in databases such as Bloomberg Capital-IQ
