Job Summary

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-risk activities
Lead safety audits and maintain accurate up-to-date compliance documentation
Deliver safety training sessions and promote safety awareness among site personnel
Investigate incidents and near-misses and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective action plans
Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate safety into daily operations
Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety signage
Stay current with OSHA and other relevant safety standards and industry best practices

Requirements

(Civil/Mech/Elec) OR . (Physics/Chemistry)

Min. 1 Year (Construction Safety)

in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Physics or Chemistry
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety
Proficiency in safety regulations risk assessment and incident reporting
Strong communication and training delivery skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Familiarity with OSHA standards and industry safety best practices
