Merchandising Support 6 Month Contract
Leinster Region 34 Days Per Week
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Merchandising Support professional to join our client on a 6-month contract supporting retail partners across the Leinster region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently travelling between stores and maintaining high standards of in-store presentation.
The Role
The primary focus of this position is to support retail partners through consistent in-store merchandising and effective communication with the sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring branded product stands and areas are well presented fully stocked and maintained in line with brand guidelines.
You will act as a key point of contact for retailers building strong relationships gathering feedback and communicating any issues or opportunities identified during store visits.
Responsibilities
Carry out 1215 store visits per week ensuring all locations are visited in line with the agreed schedule
Merchandise product stands and display areas to a high standard
Check stock levels particularly with independent retailers
Engage with store managers and retail staff to gather feedback
Identify and communicate any issues opportunities or maintenance requirements
Take photos during each visit and share updates with the wider team
Take orders from independent retailers and pass them on for processing
Reporting & Communication
Regular communication with the Head of Sales or Sales Team
Monthly in-person catch-ups
Orders recorded via Excel or email for processing
Requirements
Must have own car (mileage expenses covered)
Strong time management and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
Must be familiar with microsoft tools (excel etc)
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on merchandising experience within a structured but flexible contract role.
