Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a biopharmaceutical company that is hiring a Staff or Senior Accountant to their finance team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional to step into a growth-stage environment where their work will have visibility and impact. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day accounting operations financial reporting and process improvements. The position offers a balance of stability and career growth with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Supporting core accounting activities such as reconciliations reporting and expense tracking.
Helping manage accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) processes.
Assisting with financial statement preparation and internal reporting.
Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial records.
Contribute to process improvements and systems implementation as the company scales.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (required).
3 years of professional accounting/finance experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
