- Working alongside the three Christchurch corporate/commercial partners Nick Letham Fiona Bennett and Hamish Foote
We are looking for a solicitor or senior solicitor to join our team in Christchurch which is part of our successful national corporate/commercial team.
The team works with a diverse portfolio of corporate/commercial clients including listed issuers large privately-owned corporates co-operative companies and local and central government entities. Our clients span all industries including infrastructure agribusiness energy logistics retail healthcare and retirement living and aged care.
This is a diverse and rewarding role and will suit a motivated self-starter who enjoys collaboration and engaging directly with successful candidate will have exposure within commercial M&A securities and/or corporate governance work and evidence a keen interest in progressing in the field.
