Job Summary

GENERAL DUTIES

Create work orders from sales order queue daily.
Maintain organized customer files within CSP.
Verify returned product against the RMA for accounting department.
Verify daily shipping report and notify manager of inaccuracies.
Coordinate with Sales Support to arrange samples for delivery and freight requests.
Send vendor receipts to accounting department.
Perform customer pick up orders and scan documents.
Perform lock and key destruction.
Performs other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 3 years in related field experience.
Must have a clean background.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and Excel..
Data entry experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand walk and lift for up to 8 hours daily.
Vision abilities requires close distance color peripheral and depth
Required to lift push pull and/or carry up to 20 lbs. continually.
May be required to stoop bend kneel.
Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
