Job Summary
Pay Range:
$39.60 - $59.40A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

The Supervisor-Transfer Center oversees daily operations of the Illinois Division Transfer Center ensuring efficient safe and compliant patient transfers. This role serves as a clinical resource leads staff development and supports quality regulatory and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in nursing is required.
- Associates degree in nursing and three years of clinical nursing experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years acute care nursing experience is required.
- Prior Transfer Center experience is strongly preferred.
- One of supervisory charge nurse or team lead experience in an acute care setting is required.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three months of hire date.
