What Youll Do
  • Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:
    Define refine and execute the vision and roadmap for Microsoft CSP product and service offerings. Align product strategy with Microsofts evolving commercial model Softchoices go-to-market plans and the needs of customers. Regularly assess market trends customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and prioritize features and enhancements.

  • Drive Technical Enablement & Solution Design:
    Architect and maintain robust technical frameworks processes and collateral to support CSP solutions. Oversee the creation and ongoing improvement of technical enablement programs for sales presales and delivery teamsincluding training materials documentation and best practices. Ensure technical resources are equipped to deliver high-quality CSP solutions and support customer success.

  • Manage Performance & Operational Excellence:
    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSP offerings including financial targets customer acquisition retention and satisfaction metrics. Analyze performance data identify gaps and develop corrective action plans to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Implement operational improvements to drive efficiency scalability and quality across the CSP portfolio.

  • Champion Customer & Market Insights:
    Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs technical requirements and business drivers for CSP solutions. Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers sales teams and partners to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with stakeholders across sales marketing operations finance and Microsoft to drive integrated campaigns product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy operational execution and customer outcomes. Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical audiences translating complex concepts into actionable plans.

  • Oversee Service Development & Delivery:
    Lead the introduction of new CSP services and the continual improvement of existing offerings. Develop and implement operational processes and quality standards to ensure successful launch and delivery. Coordinate changes to systems skills and processes needed to accommodate new services including staff training and enablement.

  • Drive Risk Management & Transformation Initiatives:
    Identify assess and mitigate risks related to CSP transformation and operational execution. Lead strategic initiatives to adapt to changes in Microsofts commercial model and channel partner ecosystem positioning Softchoice for growth and innovation.

  • Enable Sales & Marketing Success:
    Collaborate with CSP Program Manager and product marketing and enablement teams to develop compelling messaging content and campaigns for CSP solutions. Provide expertise and insights to support sales training customer engagement and market differentiation. Align with Microsoft and internal teams to define integrated sales and marketing campaigns in accordance with annual GTM plans.

  • Foster Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    Champion a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback analyzing results and implementing enhancements to CSP offerings and processes. Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry best practices and Microsoft updates to ensure Softchoice remains a leader in CSP solutions.

  • Deliver Executive-Level Communication & Reporting:
    Prepare and present clear compelling communications to stakeholders at all levels including executive summaries performance reports and strategic recommendations. Represent Softchoice in key meetings with Microsoft and other partners articulating the value and impact of CSP solutions.

  • Mentor & Develop Team Members:
    Provide guidance training and mentorship to technical professionals and cross-functional teams. Foster a collaborative supportive environment that encourages professional growth innovation and high performance.

What Youll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelors degree in business technology or related field; advanced certifications (PMI Pragmatic Marketing Microsoft) preferred
  • 10 years experience in product program or portfolio management with direct experience in cloud solutions and Microsoft CSP.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies technical enablement and service delivery for complex technology solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen in cloud platforms managed services and workplace technologies (Microsoft Modern Workplace Azure etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding executive communication skillswritten verbal and presentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is:

Seattle - $128480 - $160600
Chicago- $116800 - $146000

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances annual bonus etc.) as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
