About the role
As a Management Consultant in Technology Strategy & IT Operations at KPMG you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journeys. You will leverage your expertise in digital strategy IT operating models and technology transformation to help clients achieve their business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies strategic thinking and the ability to contribute and lead complex projects.
This role is open to candidates with a range of experience levels from early-career professionals with 2-4 years of experience ready to take the next step to seasoned consultants with 6-10 years of experience looking for a new challenge. Your impact adaptability and growth mindset matter as much as your years in the field.
Responsibilities will be adapted based on your experience. Junior team members will focus on delivery and learning while senior professionals shall take on engagement or project leadership solutioning or architectural responsibilities and provide mentoring.
The role can be placed in Stockholm or Gothenburg depending on your location and preference.
Our Fields of Engagement
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital strategies that align with their business goals and objectives. This includes assessing current digital capabilities identifying opportunities for improvement or developing futuristic roadmaps for digital transformation
- IT Operating Model Design: Design and implement future ready IT operating models that enhance efficiency scalability and agility. This involves defining organization model governance and steering model for IT Business-IT Alignment IT processes Service delivery efficiency performance KPIs and roles that complement clients digital strategy
- IT Strategic Sourcing: Analyze and optimize IT sourcing strategy supplier landscape and IT spend to ensure value for money. This involves conducting cost-benefit analysis benchmarking reviewing supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Additionally support client with complex and strategic sourcing initiatives (RFx process)
- CIO advisory: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Tech/IT leadership acting as a trusted advisor. Understand CxO business and IT challenges and provide tailored and optimal solutions insights
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies. Contribute to thought leadership by presenting at conferences and participating in industry forums and developing articles point of views and surveys
