Job Summary
Position Description:
CGI is growing its consulting business and we are looking for a senior consultant with a deep understanding of the Salesforce solutions to drive the next phase of growth. This role is well suited for a commercially and technically oriented senior consultant who has a passion for MarTech developing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
This role means being a part of developing and growing or Salesforce capabilities as a strategic alliance partner to Salesforce.
As a senior MarTech consultant you will be responsible for leading and developing our Salesforce capabilities with a strong focus on client delivery technical know-how solution architecture business development and profitable growth. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure CGI remains a trusted Salesforce partner across complex industry-specific engagements.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a senior MarTech consultant your responsibilities will include:
Lead and evolve CGIs MarTech and Salesforce offering across priority industries.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders on CRM customer data and digital marketing transformation matters.
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities expanding existing client relationships and contributing to sales activities related to MarTech and Salesforce at big and complex enterprises.
Ensure high-quality delivery across consulting engagements and act as a senior point of contact for key clients with MarTech needs.
Attract and recruit new MarTech consultants to support business growth and evolving client needs.
Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the field of MarTech.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
We are looking for a senior consultant who combines strong consulting experience with a commercial mindset technical know-how and a genuine interest in developing our MarTech capabilities across industries. This role allows you to combine strategic client work with building offerings teams and business supported by CGIs global Salesforce alliance.
To succeed in this role you have:
Proven experience in MarTech consulting.
Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce solutions and preferably some other MarTech solutions.
Experience in building and growing MarTech capabilities aligned with client and market needs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic client-driven environment.
A proactive relationship-oriented approach and the ability to sell and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Additional requirements:
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Background as a consultant is a must.
Relevant university degree.
Fluency in Swedish and English both spoken and written.
