Position: Senior Manager Operations (multiple positions available)
Location: Port St. Lucie Florida
Multiple Positions Available:
for all budgetary people development and operations objectives for one functional area of fulfillment center (inbound or outbound).
and lead a team of operations and area managers coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met and build positive employee relations and leadership bench strength within the fulfillment center.
lean process improvement methodologies and performance metrics to increase efficiency within processes.
creation of quality initiatives process change initiatives and other lean initiatives to enable functional area and the fulfillment center to meet and exceed business plan.
for the overall safety quality performance and customer experience of either inbound or outbound operations.
in the full staffing lifecycle including interviewing hiring performance management promotions and terminations.
and clarify requirements and expectations for operations and area managers.
performance provide feedback and hold operations managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
the operations and area managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
that best practices are shared across all departments shifts and among the network.
closely with support staff (HR finance facilities safety it and other sr. operations managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
(40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $135000.00/year to $182700.00/year)

A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Engineering Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline and 2 years of experience in technical management management consulting or the alternative a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Engineering Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline and 5 years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience in technical management management consulting or engineering.
Experience must include:
1.2 years of management experience (salaried workforce or program management) in a global supply chain manufacturing production/procurement distribution logistics or related environment/operations.
2.2 years of experience using lean process improvement six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes forecasting planning optimization and logistics.
3.1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.
