- Strategise plan and execute campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand visibility customer acquisition and boost engagement
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies using data-driven insights
- Develop creative briefs copywriting (for social media posts ads and emails) and the monthly content calendar
- Drive content creation by working with the Marketing team to produce engaging on-brand content for ads social platforms and offline marketing materials
- Generate and manage leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e. KOLs and brands)
- Provide operational support for offline activations by coordinating logistics managing on-ground activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Any other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Experience in a marketing leadership or executive role
Proven ability to plan and manage marketing strategies that drive measurable results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency with data analysis tools and marketing performance software
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
