Salary - Salary Plan 55000.00 GBP AnnualThe Royal Society of Chemistry is seeking an experienced Organisation Design Specialist to join us on a 12 month contract. You will be joining our People and Culture team during an exciting period of transformation across the whole organisation.
About the Role
Were establishing internal Organisation Design capability to support our growth strategy while maintaining efficiency. Youll play a crucial role in designing and implementing our future operating model and organisational structure.
We are looking for someone who will bring Enterprise TOM expertise and the critical ability to design the processes frameworks and ways of working that will contribute to making our new operating model sustainable.
This position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on expertise across the full programme lifecyclefrom analysis and design through to implementationwhile building internal capability within our team.

This role is contractually based at our Cambridge or London office. However we embrace flexibility at the RSC and offer hybrid working which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate and for Team meetings around once a week.
