Job Description
As Product Marketing Manager at Lylli youll shape and execute the marketing strategy that accelerates our growth across key markets with an initial focus on North America the Nordics and the DACH region. Your mission is to maximize awareness conversion and long-term engagement for Lyllis reading experience.
Youll act as a crucial bridge between our product content and marketing teams defining a product marketing plan rooted in our business goals brand strategy and product roadmap. Your work will bring Lyllis stories and reading experience to life through impactful campaigns go-to-market plans and data-driven insights all fueled by creativity curiosity and a love of helping families discover reading through Lylli.
This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution someone who rolls up their sleeves and makes things happen.
What Youll Do
- Set and execute a forward-looking marketing strategy and activation plan for key markets.
- Lead product launch and campaign planning from ideation through execution and analysis ensuring alignment with business goals and brand direction.
- Strengthen awareness and growth across channels through brand and performance marketing initiatives.
- Represent marketing in product and content forums contributing to roadmap discussions feature evaluations and launch planning.
- Monitor campaign and product performance using data insights to optimize acquisition engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (including platform partners such as App Store and Google Play) to secure visibility share learnings and drive results.
- Report on performance and key KPIs to internal stakeholders distilling learnings into clear next steps.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of marketing experience from mobile apps subscription services or gaming with a strong grasp of KPIs such as installs engagement retention and LTV.
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution thriving in fast-changing cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams across product content and leadership.
- Experience in digital marketing and user acquisition and a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns.
- Solid project management skills capable of running multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Passion for creating meaningful experiences for children and families and a commitment to safe inspiring digital products.
- Fluency in English; other languages (German Spanish Swedish) are a plus.
- A degree in marketing communications or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Youll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation.
