About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager / Minor Release Lead to take end-to-end ownership of minor SAP releases in a complex enterprise landscape. The role focuses on planning coordinating and delivering high-quality SAP enhancements fixes configuration updates and small technical changes with minimal impact on business operations.
You will work closely with SAP functional teams technical teams Test Management and Release Management to ensure predictable well-governed and efficient delivery cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end planning coordination and delivery of minor SAP releases
Collect assess and prioritize release scope items in collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders
Coordinate build testing defect resolution and release readiness activities across multiple workstreams
Ensure compliance with release governance quality gates and audit requirements
Manage release timelines risks issues and dependencies
Collaborate closely with Test Managers to ensure effective test planning execution and formal sign-off
Provide clear and structured reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders
Support go-live preparation and post-release stabilization activities
Requirements:
Proven experience managing SAP releases or similar delivery cycles in complex SAP landscapes
Solid understanding of SAP functional processes and technical components
Strong coordination planning and problem-solving skills
Experience working with release governance frameworks and tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and a structured delivery-focused mindset
