We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Human Resources department (this position is a professional internship and will be remunerated via IEFP).
What will you do
As an HR Trainee you will support several key areas of the Human Resources department including:
Recruitment and Selection (CV screening interview scheduling support in group dynamics and individual interviews)
Administrative Support (HR processes daily support in the departments administrative processes document handling onboarding/offboarding organization employee data updates)
Training and Development (support with training logistics)
Internal Communication (support in corporate events and internal initiatives)
Qualifications :
QNQ Level 4 High school diploma obtained through dual certification courses or high school diploma professional internship (minimum 6 months) preferably with training in Human Resources or similar areas.
