Job Summary
The Structural Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing analyzing and ensuring the structural integrity of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and a passion for creating safe and efficient structures.
- Develop structural designs for buildings ensuring compliance with codes standards and project requirements.
- Perform structural analysis using advanced software tools to ensure safety and stability.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings specifications and reports.
- Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and construction documents.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness sustainability and constructability.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
- Provide technical guidance during project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
6 years of experience in structural engineering preferably in building engineering projects.
Additional Information :
Technical Skills Needed:
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. ETABS STAAD Pro SAP2000 AutoCAD Revit).
Soft Skills Needed:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
