Job Summary
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the Port of Quebec (Quebec City). This is a day shift position Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Reporting to the Foreman the incumbent is responsible for loading and unloading trucks and ships.
What youre responsible for:
- Operating the excavator and loader;
- Load and unload trucks and ships;
- Assess the quality of materials;
- Perform daily inspections;
- Sort ans stack materials;
- Maintain a clean and safe yard at all times.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have at least one year of experience operating construction equipment
- You are known for your punctuality politeness and patience
- You are conscientious in the use and maintenance of your equipment
- You excel at maintaining focus for long periods of time. (concentration)
- You always behave safely
- You have a vocational diploma in construction equipment operation (an asset)
