The Studio Host ensures the smooth running of studio operations helping to deliver culture and curate the experience for every person at the studio - whether staff member client contractor consultant or guest. They handle the day-to-day facilities maintenance and general upkeep of the studio and coordinate all orders for the workplace and any events.
The Studio Host is professional and enthusiastic. They are a friendly face at the centre of our studio who anyone can turn to for support problem solving direction and action.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming well-presented studio environment that supports culture collaboration and day-to-day studio life
Be the friendly first point of contact for staff visitors and clients delivering a professional front-of-house experience
Support studio culture through events meetings activations and everyday engagement with the team
Manage reception access mail deliveries meeting rooms and basic travel support
Provide general administrative support including studio documents records and intranet updates
Coordinate catering meeting setups and maintain shared studio spaces kitchens and supplies
Assist with studio maintenance liaising with contractors and responding to staff requests
Support health safety and sustainability practices within the studio
Qualifications :
- Prior administrative and front of house experience
- Competency and sound ability in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint ) and an aptitude for learning new technology
- Competency with Adobe Suite package (advantageous)
- Knowledge of design and creative industries with design qualifications or employment history (advantageous)
