Job Summary
- Troubleshooting repair inspection and recording of facilities equipment including but not limited to heating water systems steam systems freshwater systems drainage systems and sewer systems.
- Sources and prices repair supplies and schedules repairs.
- Plans installations and repairs by studying blueprints and work sketches to determine material requirements along with cost of supplies.
- Assists in training and working with other maintenance technicians.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Active Drivers License required.
- Master Plumbers License.
- Three (3) years minimum experience as a Master Plumber.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
