Job Summary
Now Hiring: Janitor
Location: Lakeville MN
Pay: $17.75
Shift: 3rd. 10pm-6am
Employment Type: Full time trial to hire!
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable 3rd-Shift Janitor to perform general sanitation and cleaning duties in accordance with established safety and quality standards. This role ensures a clean safe and efficient environment throughout our facility. The position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities
Perform general sanitation tasks following all safety and quality procedures
Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment
Communicate work status and updates to the Support Leader
Complete all required sanitation and safety documentation
Clean production work areas warehouse and outside premises as assigned
Carry out duties such as mopping sanitizing machinery cleaning walls floors production rooms and storage areas
Safely work with strong cleaning chemicals and solvents when needed
Complete all other duties assigned by the immediate superv
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Skills & Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Positive solution-oriented approach to challenges
Actively participates in improving processes and maintaining a safe workplace
Ability to work effectively with individuals across different departments
Maintains composure and urgency when working under tight deadlines
