The role

Are you an experienced 2-4 year PQE lawyer with a passion for commercial litigation The role is a general commercial disputes role with an emphasis on contractual disputes professional negligence insolvency and regulatory proceedings. The team

Our high performing collegiate Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Perth is growing and we are looking for a driven individual with commercial litigation experience to play a key role in our team. This practice group has been described in The Legal 500 Asia as A top performer in the corporate and commercial litigation space with the supervising Partner an internationally recognised dispute resolution and litigation lawyer with expertise in domestic and international arbitrations mediations and expert determinations.

About you

• Youll have 2-4 years experience in a similar position.
• You have high attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Youre a team player with a collaborative approach.
• You have exceptional time management skills the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Youre highly proficient and experienced in performing critical analysis and solving problems.
• Youre enthusiastic and personally motivated to perform continuous learning and self-improvement.
