Job Summary

On behalf of our internationally recognized CDMO partner we are seeking a Preparative Research Chemist. The company is entering an exciting phase as they embark on developing an entirely new research portfolio. By joining the drug discovery team you will work on international projects.Youll be part of a pioneering journey contributing to breakthrough research that shapes the future of pharmaceutical innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with top scientists on a global scale advancing critical discoveries in drug development.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and optimize synthesis pathways for novel molecules
Perform literature reviews and plan synthesis strategies
Execute pharmaceutical chemistry projects with practical hands-on synthesis work
Evaluate and interpret data from analytical results
Share results and deliver project updates both in person and through teleconferences

Necessary background to apply:

MSc in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy; a PhD in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience in pharmaceuticalmedicinal chemistry or chemical industry R&D - we are recruiting for various seniority levels from entry-level to senior positions
Instrumental analytical skills and/or cheminformatics experience
Intermediate level of English sklills
Able to work in Budapest
